Be my safe space.

Sexual harassment isn’t somebody else’s problem. With 92% of women in India facing sexual harassment at some point in their lives, the problem is closer home than you think.

It’s not just about women either.  It’s about children, parents, teachers, friends, lovers and people you’d like to believe you have nothing in common with.

Laws can help, as can safer streets and homes. But the true battle is in people’s minds with the attitudes that allow sexual harassment to happen.

If you’d like to help stop it, get conversations going.

Stand in support with someone and understand what it’s like to be in their shoes. Hear them out. Create a space in which people can speak without being judged.

In doing this, you will make room for real solutions to emerge.
