Senior Manager/ Manager – HR Operations

Location: New Delhi, India

Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Manager/Manager – HR Operations, who would be working closely with the Director – HRM. The person will be responsible for handling HR Budget, HR data management, HRMS, Payroll management and HR legal compliance. Specific job responsibilities will be:

Job Description

• Ensure all HR related activities are focused on reducing legal risks and maintaining regulatory
• Contribute in developing HR budget
• Track and maintain HR expenses and update HR budget on a regular basis
• Monitor and keep track of all HR logistics and operations
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Produce HR reports for donors to other teams as and when required
• Contribute in developing the HRMS in Breakthrough. And maintain and update BT HRMS on a regular basis
• Develop time sheet format for BT staff and ensure it is implemented across states and keep a track of it
• Maintain all employee related documents on a regular basis (personal information, leaves) in both paper and the database
• Manage leaves of employees which includes collating the leave data of state personnel from the state coordinators and preparing the final monthly leave record for salary
• Work closely with finance team and other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to leadership team for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on HR and personnel related matters
• Guide employees on Breakthrough’s policies and procedures

Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required

• 8 – 10 years of experience in HR process management
• Degree/Diploma in Law will be preferred
• Mandatory experience in handling payroll
• Experience in handling HRMS/HRIS
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication written and verbal
