Breakthrough is looking for a Manager – Digital Marketing who would be working closely with the Senior Manager Campaign. The Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for Campaign, Social Media Marketing and managing the website. Specific responsibilities will include:

Job Description

Campaigns:
• Strategizing and marketing for campaign content across platforms like Youtube and Facebook, Twitter and Instagram based on the budget available ( Social Media Marketing)
• Planning and allocation of funds across a marketing plan for the campaign period.
• Create strategy and follow best practices for maximum leveraging of funds for best possible ROI and best use of various platforms available.
• Using Google Adwords and Digital Marketing techniques i.e SEM to market the campaign page on the Breakthrough Website
• Determining and meeting campaign targets for relevant acquisitions across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, BT platform and YouTube.
• Website data analysis via Google Analytics to track visits and impressions on the website as a result of marketing / boosting on social media channels.
• Regular reporting of analytics and feedback on acquisitions on pre-determined basis i.e daily, alternative days, weekly and monthly.
• Developing strategy to increase web traffic towards the site and the campaign page.
• Providing final reports and analysis at the end of the campaign to determine metrics and overall results and acquisitions

Social Media Marketing ( non- campaign activities):

• Plan and determine best marketing activities and options for everyday content created over all social media platforms ( Facebook, YouTube etc) based on the funds available.
• Create strategy and follow best practices for maximum leveraging of funds for best possible ROI and best use of various platforms available.

Breakthrough Website:

• Website maintenance and upkeep
• Organic Search Engine Optimization for the BT website on keywords mentioned.
• Determine and review keywords on a consistent basis for optimization
• Improve website visibility on major search engines to improve traffic-Google Yahoo etc
• Implementation and Sustenance Programs
• Enable generation of leads from natural and paid search traffic
• Drive an increased volume of visitors to the website
• Build sustainable long term natural search rankings
• Maximize natural search brand visibility
• Reduce bounce rates
• Increase visitor average spend time on the BT website
• Utilize grants received by BT ( Google/ Twitter etc) via SEM and other activities for search and traffic generation
• Track results and traffic via Google Analytics and other tools and create reports for the same.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 6-8 years of overall marketing experience out of which minimum 2 year in digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, GDN and PPC ( Including Google Adwords and Google analytics)
• Strong data analysis and website traffic measurement skills
• Excellent content marketing skills over all major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, youTube etc
• Complete and in-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• Good understanding of conversion rate optimization
• Basic HTML skills and good working knowledge of WordPress and PhP
• Sound technical knowledge of backend processes required for Marketing projects, from conception, implementation and completion
